About Me

I founded the Business Success Partnership in 2011 following a career working with businesses to help them develop and grow. Before setting up my own consultancy I worked at senior level and roles have included growth business adviser, managing consultant, marketing manager and deputy director of organisational development. I have been privileged to work with a wide range of sizes and types of businesses in industries that include construction, oil and gas, food and drink, education, distribution, sport associations, call centres and social enterprises.

My passion is making a difference for the clients I work with and helping them achieve their business aspirations. People are the biggest asset in any business and my focus is to support business owners and senior teams to harness and develop their skills and those of their teams to enable the business to perform at its best.
