Organisational Development

I have facilitated a range of organisational development projects all individually created to meet the needs of the client organisation. Representative organisational development projects include:

  • Taylor Clarke – Supporting planning to reimagine Taylor Clarke in a post Covid environment.
  • Scottish Enterprise – Conducted organisational development reviews for a range of small and medium sized businesses on behalf of Scottish Enterprise.
  • Scotland Food and Drink – Authored a recruitment and retention tool kit for the food and drink industry.
  • Parseq Group – Culture development, competency development and development of the performance management system
  • Dairy Hub – Conducted a review of the skills gap in the diary industry in Scotland.
  • Virtual Learning Academy – Worked with the sector skills council for the food and drink industry, Abertay University and Skills Development Scotland to establish a virtual learning academy for the food and drink industry in Scotland.
  • Macs Adventure – Review and improvement of the sales process to support the purchase of a new IT system.
